Are you an experienced mechanical professional ready to lead service crews and take ownership of complex field projects? The Hydraulics Group LLC is growing, and we’re looking for a Field Service Manager who thrives in industrial settings and values results, relationships, and reliability. We are looking for a motivated candidate who has hands-on experience and the ability to manage crews. This will be an opportunity to influence growth as we expand.
We serve clients across industries with hydraulic and lubrication system solutions—and we need a leader who can manage large projects, motivate teams, and deliver high-quality service.

Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of mechanical leadership experience

Preferred but Not Required:
- Experience with hydraulic or automatic lubrication systems

If you have experience in outside sales, a strong work ethic, and a passion for solving problems in industrial environments — this opportunity is for you.
We provide hydraulic, lubrication, and pneumatic systems and services to companies across Virginia. We are known for being easy to work with and delivering quality services. We are a top-tier service provider and we are looking for individuals who value serving customers.
What We Offer:
- Base salary plus commission (uncapped)
